After the long-awaited Black Panther hit our screens last month, positive reviews for the film have been in abundance.
Fans had to wait three years for the popular character to be brought to life, and judging by advance ticket sales, the film officially became the most anticipated superhero movie of all time.

Isle of Dogs – Release Date: 23rd March 2018
A heavily anticipated film hitting screens in March is Wes Anderson’s latest offering, Isle of Dogs.
The plot follows the antics of the canine population of the fictional Megasaki city after a flu epidemic has resulted in their exile to Trash Island.
Due to hit screens March 23rd, the film has an all-star cast, including Edward Norton, Bill Murray and Tilda Swinton.
Avengers: Infinity War – Release Date: 27th April 2018
With rumours about favourite character deaths already beginning to circulate, the buzz around the latest instalment from the Marvel universe is beginning.
Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk and the rest of the Avengers unite once more to save the day.
Who will succeed this time? Good or Evil? You’ll have to wait until April to find out.
Overboard – Release Date: 4th May 2018
The classic 1987 version starring Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell receives a remake this summer, as Anna Paquin dupes a spoiled, rich Eugenio Derbez into believing he is her penniless husband after he suffers an accident resulting in memory loss.
From director Bob Fisher who has introduced the world to recent comedy smashes, such as Wedding Crashers and Ride Along, Overboard looks set to be in the running for this years’ summer comedy.
Deadpool 2 – Release date: 16th May 2018
Ryan Reynolds is back in the heavily anticipated sequel to Deadpool.
After Josh Brolin’s baddie ‘Cable’ travels through time to the modern day and poses a threat to a young friend of Deadpool, Wade must form a collection of talented soldiers to fight for the good of special children everywhere.
One definitely not to be missed.
Ocean’s 8 – Release Date: 8th June 2018
Showcasing an all-star, predominantly female cast including Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter and even Rihanna, it is no wonder that Ocean’s 8 is shaping up to be the blockbuster of the summer.
The thriller follows its three contemporaries’ format: a group of experts in their respective criminal fields are forced together to pull off the heist of the century – a $150 million necklace.
Expect bags of laughs with the same fast-paced crime thriller that we all know and love.
Mary Poppins Returns – Release Date: 25th December 2018 (USA)
Closing another fantastic year in film is Rob Marshall’s update on the family classic Mary Poppins.
The sequel is set to feature Emily Blunt as an equally charming titular character and will follow Michael Banks, now an adult, as he attempts to care for his children after the family suffer a devastating personal loss.
A film guaranteed to please the entire family around the festive period.
